The Bigblue pickup point selector does not add new shipping rates for you. Instead, it relies on existing shipping rates configured in Shopify.

A Shipping Method links your Shopify delivery rates with pickup point carriers. The Bigblue pickup point map uses the shipping methods to decide whether it should be displayed.

The shipping method Status can be:

Configure linked shipping rates

You can select as many shipping rates as possible for each shipping method. Whenever these rates are displayed, the pickup point selector will be shown.

⚠️ The rate-to-method matching is done using their names. Hence, if you have different shipping rates with the same name, Maple will apply similarly to all of them. Additionally, if you translate the shipping rate names at checkout, you’ll need to add the translated names in Maple as well — detailed process here.

Add carrier services

Configure the carrier services that must be used to display pickup points for that shipping method. If you select multiple carriers, the app merges pickup point results together.

Filter out certain types of pickup points

For each carrier service, you’ll be able to activate/disable certain pickup points by typology.
