Some carriers like DHL do not allow us to create a shared application with shared credentials and require each customer to input their own credentials, often an API key.

DHL credentials

1. Create an account at https://developer.dhl.com.
2. Click on Create App in your account settings.
3. Complete the form below, and select the Location Finder - Unified API.
4. Retrieve the API key from the Credential section and copy it to the Bigblue pickup point selector settings in your Shopify store,
